So I would rather loose a customer that is a 5 car household worth of oil changes then give you the $10. I’m not going to give a loyal customer $10 early bird discount that’s printed on the counter at check out in the lobby, because you don’t have the “very specific coupon”. But after today‘s attitude of “tough shit” I’m not going to give an early bird discount that my staff member just said we do (so apparently Danny needs some training and we need to remove the false advertising from our counter in the lobby). Handed me my invoice back and walked away!All I can say is wow I have been a customer since they opened this location which they can see as it prints on each receipt. Dean just shrugged his shoulders glared at me and said have a nice day. Danny said “oh well I can mark that for your next service or can I see your invoice and let me talk to my manager Dean.” Danny took my invoice to Dean who had it for 8 minutes and then came out and asked me for my coupon and told me they just don’t do it without the very specific coupon.” I looked at him and said hmm ok not what I just understood and what’s in your lobby printed on your counter. I pointed out I was their first customer yesterday at 8am on the dot. Danny confirmed that yes they do that from 8am - 10am daily. I noticed I still didn’t receive the early bird discount on my invoice. Danny stated that he didn’t understand what I was asking and that they are not vacuuming carpets due to COVID-19 ok I totally get that. After paying $60 for the oil change I was going to get my carpets vacuumed. Didn’t receive it.Called back today and spoke with Danny who when I asked about the carpets not being vacuumed and it saying declined on my receipt his response was to come in and talk to John or manager on duty at any time. At the time of check out I asked John for the early bird discount printed on their counter in the lobby that they offer from 8am to 10am. John the manager didn’t explain at check out why floors weren’t being vacuumed I get if it’s due to COVID-19 that’s fine say that when you are checking the person out. We will bring business back for another chance because of Adam.Went in for an oil change at 8am. Had a great conversation with General Manager Adam who made it right.
